Viki Kovalkovska


I came to Ashtanga Yoga in 2018 through an interest in holistic movement, and it has stayed with me ever since. Alongside it, vipassana meditation, bodywork, dance improvisation, and singing continue to shape my relationship to movement, breath, touch, and listening.

What I value most about the practice is its quiet ability to bring me back to center. The steady rhythm of breath and movement helps me return to presence and meet life with a little more strength and awareness, both on and off the mat.

Grateful for all that this practice and its community have given me, I began my teacher training with Scott Johnson and now support the AY Loft as an assistant teacher.

 

 

 

 Viki assists in different Mysore classes, mainly thursdays 18h and every other sunday.
